2026 Registration Now Open!

When registration opens, please be aware of the following:

ALL payments will have to be made by E-TRANSFER. NO CASH/Cheques will be accepted. Registrations will be only accepted through the online portal.

When you have a confirmed spot, we will send an email to notify you.

Once the tournament is full, we will still accept fully paid registrations on a wait list to fill any vacated spots. This wait list is prioritized by the paid entries. Teams can remain on the waitlist without payment; however, they lose priority to paid entries. Anyone that has paid the entry fee and does not get a spot in the tournament will receive a full refund when the tournament is officially full.

Please do not send texts, messages, calls to make your entry. NO FLIGHT # REQUESTS. Everything will be done through the registration portal. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The risk if injury from activities involved in this tournament is significant including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist: and 2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participations; and 3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Vanity Cup, their officials, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable owners and lesser of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH REPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OT OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law
