When registration opens, please be aware of the following:

ALL payments will have to be made by E-TRANSFER. NO CASH/Cheques will be accepted. Registrations will be only accepted through the online portal.

Registration will open JUNE 30th. Everyone can begin registering at that time however priority will be given to the 2024 Captains until July 31st. Anyone registering who was not a 2024 Captain will be placed on the waiting list in the order their registration and payment is received. Beginning August 1st, all fully paid waiting list registrations will be given the next available spots. If there are still open spots after the waiting list, the remaining spots are available to the next fully paid registrations received.

When you have a confirmed spot, we will send an email to notify you.

Once the tournament is full, we will still accept fully paid registrations on a wait list to fill any vacated spots. This wait list is prioritized by the paid entries. Teams can remain on the waitlist without payment; however, they lose priority to paid entries. Anyone that has paid the entry fee and does not get a spot in the tournament will receive a full refund when the tournament is officially full.

Please do not send texts, messages, calls to make your entry. NO FLIGHT # REQUESTS. Everything will be done through the registration portal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
